“My family had 3 beautiful Queen Palms lined up against our front yard fence and unfortunately the entire crown of the tallest snapped and fell into our neighbors yard. Thank God my neighbors and their pets were not under the tree that afternoon. Hector Salas Tree Service responded and was in our yard within 20 minutes to estimate the clean up and removal of that tree. Their arrival for set appointment the following morning was prompt and professional. We decided to remove all three palms to mitigate future risk of danger for us and our neighbors as the other trees could have possibly been rotted. I believe it was Thielaviopsis paradoxa fungal infection. We were extremely sad about the situation as we have grown to love the beauty these palms provided.
Hector was considerate and offered us fair pricing to remove the 2 additional palm trees. He and his team were precise in delivering quality service. They even cut a few stumps to our measurements as plant holders. We simply had to keep a memory of our trees. 🌴🌴🌴
I attached before and after pictures. His team also placed every garden statue back in its original spot after clean-up.
